Step 1: Place tray directly into mouth and press teeth into silicon molds to create tooth impressions. Press firmly to ensure deep impressions are made.
Step 2: After impressions are in place, remove the tray and apply a thin bead of teeth whitening gel (about 1.5ml) into the top and bottom impressions. Place tray back into mouth and whiten teeth for 20-60 minutes. The time needed is dependent on desired results and tooth sensitivity level. White in Minutes teeth whitening gel will effectively whiten teeth with or without a teeth whitening light.
Step 3: Once the whitening process is complete, remove the tray and rinse the entire tray with warm water, removing any residual whitening gel. Store your silicone whitening tray in a mouth tray case for recycle use. No additional cleaning agents are required..
NOTE: The next time whitening is performed, repeating Step 1 may be necessary.
NoteNote
The pre-filled silicone strip mouth tray itself does not contain any teeth whitener, you need to use jointly with the GoalWhite teeth whitening gel to achieve teeth whitening.
