Quality Control
RAW MATERIALS
Each batch of raw materials is assigned a unique code, fest the indicators of each ingredients according to the standard, put into warehouse affer pass.
PACKAGING MATERIAL
Take compatibility festing before purchasing, take 1-3%check bulk packaging maferials, inspect appearance and capacity, perform leak and destruction festing, and clean and disinfect affer passing the tests.
SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCT
Take 7 days examination and compare physical and chemical data with the sample to determine the match. Await microbial test results.
FILLING PACKING
During production, the inspecfor will examine the filling capacity, packaging material quality, packaging process defails, and other aspects fo ensure quality control.
FINISHED GOODS
Finished products will take microbiological and physicochemical testing. After passing the examinations, the quality inspection department will issue a release certificate to warehouse.
